Police Clearance (PCC) for Non-Indian Passport Holder

  • 1. Photocopy of foreign passport bio page certified by a Justice of Peace (JP) not chemist, doctor or nurse etc. You can find a Justice of Peace by going to the link below.

    2. If you hold a foreign passport then a photocopy of your Australian visa grant notice or Medicare card

    3. Your Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card (if you have an OCI)

    4. Cancelled Indian passport first and last page

    5. Indian passport surrender certificate (if any)

    6. If you have not surrendered your Indian passport, then Indian passport needs to be cancelled at the time of doing this PCC application.

    If you are not a person of Indian origin then provide the following documents:

    1. Photocopy of your passport bio page certified by a Justice of Peace (JP) not chemist, doctor or nurse etc. You can find a Justice of Peace by going to the link below.

    2. A photocopy of your Australian visa grant notice or Medicare card.

    3. Photocopy of of the Indian visa/s on which you have travelled

    4. Passport copy on which your visa was issued if it is different to the current passport.

We will prepare the application for you however you will need to submit the completed application to VFS Global yourself or through your authorised representative.
